Come join Team Birkie and Performance Running Gym for a Free Saturday Supported Morning Long Run in Wirth Park on Saturday November 20th at 8:30AM. Learn new trails and explore the urban wilderness of Theodore Wirth Park with Team Birkie athletes during their final preparations for the upcoming Olympic year.
There will be options to run 5 miles, 10 miles, or 15 miles with multiple paces for each distance. Each loop will have a combination of paved and dirt trails; a true urban experience!
Stick around after for post-run refreshments and socially distanced mingling. Team Birkie is happy to provide doughnuts, apples, apple cider, Variety Coffee, and water.
