Nichole Bathe
Nichole Bathe of Madison, Wisconsin has created an impressive background for herself in a short time. With a BA in Social Work from UA Alaska - Fairbanks and an MS in Health Economics from the University of Oslo, Norway, Nichole brings a unique perspective to the role. Her extensive experience as a U18, Junior, and U23 World Championships US Ski Team member, as well as her tenure with the British National Team for the 2017-2021 seasons, including participation in the World Cup and 2019 World Championship, has honed her skills and deepened her understanding of high-level competition. Additionally, Nichole's coaching expertise extends to her time as a coach at Heming IL in Oslo, Norway, from 2019 to 2021. With her diverse background and firsthand knowledge of elite skiing, Nichole Bathe is exceptionally equipped to guide athletes toward their goals, foster their growth, and unleash their true potential.
